Prices & Opening Hours

Prices stated below are a daily rate INCLUSIVE of food, insurance and VAT. If you require day crèche the same rates apply per day. We charge for the day you deliver on and the day you collect, irrespective of time. If you wish to drop off or collect your pet outside normal opening hours an additional charge of £20.00 will be made, this must however be agreed with the kennel management. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable on collection of your pet. Bookings are subject to availability. Prices and bookings will be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. If you decide to collect your pet early before the agreed departure date no refund of fees will be made.

Cancellation policy

We operate a strict cancellation policy whereby if your booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks in advance of boarding the deposit will be forfeit but no further charges will apply. For bookings cancelled more than 6 weeks in advance of boarding the deposit amount can be transferred to future bookings.

Special Discounted Rates

As part of our philosophy for supporting the local community, we offer Special Discounted Rates to serving “Police Officers”, “Nurses” and “Fire Personnel” in recognition of the dedicated work they do every day. Proof of service will be requested. Please call us for more details.

Payment & other charges

We accept payment in cash, cheque and all major credit / debit cards (excluding Amex.  Any additional costs incurred must be settled on collection. We are unable to release any animal until all outstanding amounts are settled.

Delivery and collection of pets – we offer a delivery and collection service within the local area for which there is a charge of £30.00. If this is of interest to you please discuss with the kennel management.

A Trip Fee of £30.00 will be charged for each trip we make to take your pet to a veterinary practice or to purchase supplies that have been requested by you for your pet whilst boarding that are not our standard supplies.

OPENING HOURS

We are open 7 days a week. To assist in the smooth running of the kennels and cattery and for the comfort and wellbeing of your pets our hours of opening for drop off and collection of animals are as follows:

Open:   08:00 – 11:30
Closed: 12:00 – 15:00
Open:   15:00 – 17:30

If you require drop off or collection at any other times for a specific reason please call us to discuss. This must be agreed in advance by Kennel Management & will incur an additional charge of £20.00. 

Our Kennels and Cattery

We designed and built new facilities which comprised of a number of separate kennel blocks enabling us to house similar temperament or size dogs together, along with a separate cattery building. We have invested in a bespoke computerised bookings programme to ensure we capture all relevant details for you and your pet(s), including any specific feeding or medical requirements or other “need to know details”, ensuring that all of our Team are fully informed and able to offer your pets the best care possible throughout their stay.  Your pets will be monitored throughout each day, from toileting, character changes, to food and water intake so you can be confident in the knowledge that they are being well looked after by our experienced team.
