Our facilities

Our professional parlour is fully equipped to ensure that every dog’s individual needs are catered for. We pride ourselves on the professional services we offer and our philosophy is to ensure your pet receives one to one unhurried grooming, which will be carried out in a warm, safe, friendly environment. We only use high quality professional shampoos and products for the health of your dog’s coat and we can specifically cater for dogs with sensitive skin. We can also make arrangements to use organic or medicated shampoos for a small extra cost – please ask for more details.
On drop off we will discuss any heath problems or behavioural concerns you may have for your pet.

OUR BATHING & CLIPPING SERVICES

Our experienced staff hold a City and Guilds qualification and a diploma in dog grooming. We offer for your pampered pooch:

– Bath & dry For shorter haired breeds. A simple wash and a blow dry service to freshen up your pet and allow them to be pampered. We always blow dry by hand and for the finishing touches apply a spritz of cologne. We Do Not Use Cage Dryers. See Grooming price list below.

– Bath, brush & dry For longer haired breeds that require a brush as well as a shampoo and blow dry, see below.

– Nail clipping from £7.50

DE-MATTING

If your dog is matted additional charges will be made, the de-matting process is very time consuming and for the welfare of your pet the knots will be removed or brushed out depending on the severity of the matting. We will not try to brush out severe matting as this will only result in extreme discomfort and stress for your pet.

Grooming Price List

Prices vary depending on breed, age, coat type and condition. The prices below are inclusive of VAT and a guide only for a dog in a good condition. They assume no de-matting is required. For an exact price please call us to discuss your dogs’ specific needs.
